💌 Easy Returns – No Stress, No Worries

You have 48 hours from the day you receive your order to return something that isn’t giving what it’s supposed to give 😅. Just make sure:

  • It’s unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging.
  • The tags are still on (because once it’s worn outside, it’s yours 😉).
  • You have your order number or receipt ready.

✨ Heads up: For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on jewelry such as earrings, unless they arrived damaged or not as described.

Once we get your return request and give it a quick check, we’ll let you know if it’s all good.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method or as store credit—you choose.
  • If not approved (e.g. item is damaged, worn, or missing packaging), we’ll explain why and return the item to you (if you want).
